Concrete Canvas® is a innovative type of construction material known as Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mats (GCCMs). It’s a flexible, concrete-filled geosynthetic that hardens upon hydration, forming a thin, durable, waterproof, and fire-resistant concrete layer. Essentially, it’s concrete on a roll, allowing for construction without the need for plant or mixing equipment—just add water.

It consists of a 3-dimensional fiber matrix containing a specially formulated dry concrete mix, with a PVC backing ensuring complete waterproofing. CC can be hydrated by spraying or immersion in water. Once set, the fibers reinforce the concrete, preventing crack propagation and providing a safe failure mode. Available in three thicknesses: CCT1, CCT2, and CCT3, which are 5mm, 7mm, and 11mm thick, respectively.
